In the Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice, we develop a ‘krama’, or sequences of postures that lead us to a ‘destination’ pose in gradual stages. Each pose in turn deepens the physical body so we are ready for this final pose.
Vinyasa, where we move the body in synchronisation with the breath, generates the subtle, internal heat of transformation and stokes agni fire. Our main purpose is to create awareness of body and mind, using ancient yogic techniques that have been refined to present day standards of excellence. We trust in the power of our own truth and our teachings are grounded in searching for truth of Mind and Body – leading us to our Spirit, and essentially towards our highest potential.
