Claire Missingham leads inspirational yoga classes both in London and worldwide and has a unique ability to naturally inspire a deeper understanding of the flow of breath, movement and the mindful connections of yoga. Her teaching emphasis is on postural alignment, yogic philosophy and the integration of yoga principles into daily life, and she is passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellbeing through yoga. She has an ongoing Teacher Training course for which applications are being accepted.

In the Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice, we develop a ‘krama’, or sequences of postures that lead us to a ‘destination’ pose in gradual stages. Each pose in turn deepens the physical body so we are ready for this final pose.

Vinyasa, where we move the body in synchronisation with the breath, generates the subtle, internal heat of transformation and stokes agni fire. Our main purpose is to create awareness of body and mind, using ancient yogic techniques that have been refined to present day standards of excellence. We trust in the power of our own truth and our teachings are grounded in searching for truth of Mind and Body – leading us to our Spirit, and essentially towards our highest potential.
