Happy New Year Everyone! I am very excited to be planning to come back and teach in early February at my triyoga class and to kickstart the workshops once again!

 

I look forward to welcoming all of you back to the workshops and open classes and seeing you all again on the mat. We have the Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training starting in 2009 also, which is a new venture.

 

Here is a picture of my lovely daughter Amelia Belle in baddha konasana pose – the last 3 months with her has been a very special time, she is a little yogini and now has discovered her hands and loves music.

 

My intention is to post more blogs on here as I begin to teach and travel in 2009, and I would love to keep you updated with my studies, teachings and research. I look forward to seeing you on the mat, With radiant light and love for 2009  Keep Grooving! Claire
