Private Yoga Classes
Claire’s private yoga sessions cover the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In these private sessions you experience the union between breathing (pranayama), nada (deep listening) chanting Sanskrit mantras, Dhyana (meditative absorption), massage and hands on assists and a vigorous, deep asana practice.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is defined by the breath, posture and intention working in union. Privates with an experienced and skilled teacher are an investment in deepening and challenging your practice. For those interested in teaching yoga, privates can be an invaluable experience.
Claire works precisely to incorporate these practices into her sessions to encourage her clients to develop a deeper understanding of the wonderful benefits of regular yoga practice. In the sessions you are massaged and adjusted continuously, we also cover yoga as inspiration for wellbeing, contentment and living a fulfilled, conscious lifestyle.
