Claire is leading wonderful yoga retreats internationally throughout the year. These retreats are in beautiful areas of natural beauty, and are perfect way to deepen your yoga practice or just relax and be inspired. The retreats often offer massage treatments, nutrition advice and wonderful excursions for walking, hiking and swimming, as well a delicious, nutritious organic food.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is usually practised twice daily. The morning sessions are invigorating and cleansing for the mind and body, and the evening practise incorporates meditation, yoga nidra and relaxation.
