The Flow of Devotion
For this special weekend series we focus on the liberating, transformative and inspirational qualities of sequencing and alignment within Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We focus on cultivating inner awareness, focusing the mind through the power of the breath, and find a steady and methodical approach to the depth, skill, sensitivity and expression of yoga, flowing with devotion. Overall, you will experience: opening and closing mantras, poetry, music, sankalpa (intention of awareness), deep asana including arm balances, practical awareness of the kramas (stages) of sequencing and a more advanced understanding of this flowing, dynamic form.
