VINYASA FLOW INTENSIVE COURSE

15 hours total: 9am - 5pm Saturday / 10am - 5pm Sunday plus overnight reading/study.

A must for those of you who are doing the Teacher Training course but have not done many classes or workshops with Claire, this Intensive Vinyasa course gives you the fundamentals for going deeper into your teaching or practice of flow.

• What is the connection between Alexander McQueen and Vinyasa Flow Yoga? 
• How do you use music in a yoga class so it does not distract but elevates the experience? 
• What key asanas should be taught each class? 
• What is an intelligent kramic sequence? 

All these questions can begin to be answered in the foundation course, to be explored more fully in the full TT course.  If you are already a teacher, this course will also give you some great ideas for igniting your practice and re-elevate your teaching with greater creativity, inspirational ideas for classes and a new confidence in your existing skills.
