Therefore, we appreciate the time, care and investment you have made and honor to provide you the best we can.

Online

You can buy products at www.claireyoga.com. We ship to most parts of the world but if in doubt please email our customer services: shop@claireyoga.com

Non-UK Orders

If in doubt, please e-mail us at shop@claireyoga.com with the full details of your order and check we deliver to your country. For DVD orders, check your player is  compatible with PAL / NTSC (when available).

UK Orders

We send your order out within 7 days of receipt of payment, signed for or guaranteed delivery if this is the postal option you choose.

International Orders

International orders may take longer and we aim to have them with you within 10-14 days where possible.

Guarantees And Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and please only use a recorded delivery service.

Please enclose your name, address, and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to:

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
